Live Edge Vertical Slab Bed
Designed and constructed for a Palm Beach residential space, this queen size slab bed pays homage to traditional Japanese craft. Hand chiseled mortises allow for solid maple butterfly joinery serving as an elegant detail, and solidifying the structure of its massive 9’ headboard. Mortise and tenon joinery is used to complete its construction of its solid maple frame.
